By accessing or using CurePills Healthcare's website (www.curepillshealthcare.com), online portal (www.curepills247.com), or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform or services.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CurePills Healthcare Private Limited ("CurePills", "we", "us", "our").
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@curepillshealthcare.com.
The sale of prescription medicines is regulated under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940. You must upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner for prescription medicines. CurePills reserves the right to cancel any order where a valid prescription cannot be verified. We do not sell products marked "not for sale" or samples.
All prices on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Placing an order does not guarantee availability; we reserve the right to cancel orders where products are out of stock. Minimum order value for COD payments is ₹100; COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 only.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We deliver across India within 1–7 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.). CurePills is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Orders may be cancelled before processing. Once assigned to a vendor, cancellation may not be possible. Returns are governed by our Return Policy. We do not accept returns of opened, partially used, expired, or non-returnable items. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
All content on our Platform — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software — is the property of CurePills Healthcare Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse our Platform, including but not limited to: submitting false prescriptions, engaging in fraudulent transactions, attempting to hack or disrupt our services, posting harmful or misleading content, or violating any applicable law or regulation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurePills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.
CurePills is a licensed pharmacy and healthcare platform. However, information on our Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance. CurePills is not responsible for adverse reactions to medications — please follow prescribed dosage and instructions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be first attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by CurePills, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our Platform. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
