1. Overview

CurePills Healthcare Private Limited is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and seek a refund. This policy applies to all purchases made on www.curepills247.com and www.curepillshealthcare.com.

2. Return Window

CurePills offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Each item purchased will have a returnable window which can vary anywhere between 0 to 45 days post-delivery. The applicable return window will be listed in the "Returns" section of your order details once the order has been delivered.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been opened, partially used, or disfigured — please check the package carefully at the time of delivery
  • Consumable items (food, nutrition, perishables)
  • Items whose packaging, box, or seal has been tampered with — do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered
  • Products specifically listed as non-returnable on the product detail page
  • Items where the return window has expired
  • Accessories supplied with an item where the main item was not returned
  • Prescription medicines once dispensed (subject to regulatory requirements)
  • Cold chain / refrigerated medicines

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your CurePills account and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order and item you wish to return
  • Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours
  • If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions

5. Refund Policy

Once a return is approved and the item is received by us, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments (cards, UPI, wallets): Refund credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment source
  • CurePills Wallet credit: Refunds may first be credited to your CurePills Wallet and then to the secondary payment source
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or CurePills Wallet within 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery and Cash Handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds will only be processed for the specific number of items/products selected in your return request — not for additional units returned without authorization.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
